Unwind and elevate your spirit in a soothing sanctuary of sound and energy. This immersive session begins with breathwork & meditation to calm your nervous system, followed by a restorative sound bath using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and Reiki energy healing.
Expect to leave feeling relaxed, grounded, clear, and recharged. Sound and energy healing are gentle, holistic practices that use vibration and intention to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
This is your mini retreat for renewal. Please note: This is a $20 ticketed workshop. Membership holders get 20% with code: WORKSHOP. Cancellations made at least 6 hours before class start time are eligible for a refund. No refunds for cancellations within 6 hours of the event.

Reiki With Stephanie
Reiki Practitioners believe in ‘Universal Life Energy’, an energy force that is both in and around the body. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful non-invasive healing technique which promotes well-being, relaxation, rest and healing in the body and mind. Reiki is a practice that guides itself through love and light through the divine and does no harm. Reiki is always safe and beneficial.
Stephanie Harmon, Reiki Master is Usui Holy Fire Reiki Certified through Melissa Rose Redman. Stephanie has received her Reiki III Certification and plans to continue her Reiki training. Usui Holy Fire Reiki is an intuitive and refined version of Reiki, providing purification, empowerment, and guidance.
